Description
"IVANA V" is a very well cared for yacht. In spite of her past history in charter in Martinique, she doesn't show any wear and tear that you would expect. That tells me she was reserved as a Captained Charter ONLY.
The current owner has maintained her well. In fact he just had bottom paint done (2 coats), with a new waterline stripe, serviced the sail-drives, new props, new rudder cables, new rudder bearings, new fixed Goiot escape hatches, new saloon forward window hatches, and more.
This 4 cabin / 4 head layout is quite comfortable on a 45-foot catamaran, allowing for all 4 heads to accommodate a separate shower with plexiglass doors.
Per Lagoon tradition, the hulls offer superior comfort allowing side access onto the aft berths.
