Description
REHAB is a tri-deck motor yacht that delivers the volume, features, and amenities typically found in much larger yachts, all in a sleek and highly maneuverable package. Built to RINA classification (but no longer in class) and maintained to impeccable standards, she has benefitted from an exceptional program of refit and preventative maintenance under her current ownership.
The owner has made significant investments in every aspect of the vessel, including a redesigned sun deck, a refreshed interior, upgraded audio/visual systems, and a comprehensive scope of mechanical, electrical, and running gear works. This recent refit ensures that her major systems are in prime condition for years to come.

Charter Potential
For buyers interested in generating revenue, the 108’ Tradition Supreme model has a proven track record as a highly successful charter yacht. Under previous ownership, REHAB had an outstanding charter following. She recently became available for charter again, and we expect she will achieve significant success once she leaves the shipyard. Her size, layout, and updated systems make her an attractive and dependable choice for immediate entry into the charter market, should that be of interest to a new owner.
In Summary
REHAB offers a rare opportunity to acquire a pedigree yacht with the benefit of substantial, recent investment in both guest spaces and critical machinery. She is truly turn-key—ready for private cruising or charter service from day one, with major mechanical works completed to ensure reliability and minimize near-term maintenance costs.
