Though she's only 31' LOA this feels like a much bigger boat, both sailing and at the dock: The modern hull shape is easily driven but has a high ballast ratio and low aspect sail-plan to keep her on her feet in typical Bay conditions. And In-mast furling, an traveler overhead on the arch, sheet winches back by the helm, a fractional rig and a roller furling jib make her easy to sail either single- or short-handed.  

And back at the dock, she has the biggest cockpit you'll ever see on a boat this size! Not to mention a clean, streamlined interior that's also SURPRISINGLY spacious and bright--the forward cabin is noticeably larger other boats of this class (achieved by adjusting the forward hull shape) with a private cabin aft. And 6'4 headroom throughout!

This particular professionally maintained example is well equipped and shows very nicely both below and topsides. Note the well designed and executed heavy duty dodger with like new canvas (and grab rails both back and sides), new main sail 2020, new jib 2017, last hauled and bottom painted in 2022, Yanmar diesel was inspected and serviced and had all belts, wiring harness and control panel replaced in 2023,
