The Groupe Finot-designed 323 sold well for Beneteau and this particular example shows almost like new inside and out!  Fin keel, spade rudder and broad transom provide excellent stability and moderate heel, cockpit very roomy for vessel this size as is interior. Note rigid vang, traditional main sail in StackPack (most have in-mast furling mains), keel-stepped mast, roller furler jib, all lines lead aft. Low time on immaculate Yanmar diesel that has always been serviced by List Marine. Beautiful cherry interior is both bright and spacious (particularly for a boat of this size, she'll make a perfect daysailer or weekender). 

Also note potentially transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip--there's a long wait to get into the marina here so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage.
