Rigging renewed in 2014 and inspection showed it was in great condition 2 years ago. Sail age is about 4 and a half years old, and the owner has older sails as well which are still in good condition. Air conditionings both fwd and aft are new 2023. New electric toilet 2023 with all new plumbing. New batteries in 2023 as well. 400ah AGM for house. New Auto pilot and Raymarine chart plotter. New main mattress in the master stateroom (2024). No Epirb or life raft but dinghy (electric motor) and portable generator goes with the boat. Last bottom job was just over 3 years ago, the owner has a diver that cleans every three weeks and replaces the zincs as needed. The diver says the paint still looks good. 2024 new bilge pump and hoses. The owner has just added (Dec. 2024) 750 watts or solar panels, and a 2000 watt inverter/charger. They have done fuel maintenance with new fuel filter and fuel water separator.
