Description
Bottom Job Just Completed August 2025!
The Tiara 5200 Express incorporates advanced design, engineering, building, and finishing techniques to create new expectations in yacht construction. Hull fabrication involves vacuum-bagged lamination using epoxy resin instead of polyester. The process produces thinner, stronger, lighter GRP that won't absorb water, and it reduces hull weight by half. This unique process also produces strong but low-density PVC foam stringers, transversals, and balsa-cored bulkheads. Engine room access is concealed in the lower cockpit lounge seat, or the room can also be entered through the upper cockpit dropdown hatch. The large, distortion-free, curved-glass Taylor windshield panels provide uninhibited visibility astern as well as forward. The cool helm upper cockpit climate control system features two 16 ton A/C units to ensure maximum air conditioning in the hottest conditions. An optional set of forward shore power connections are available, mounted in the chain locker to make bow-in docking an easy choice.

- Added new 16 ton air conditioning unit to pilot house. There now two units in the pilot house. 32 ton total.
- Changed all light bulbs to LED throughout boat.
- Added new LED deck lights
- Added new LED anchor/Nav light
- Replaced engine room light fixtures with LED fixtures
- All heads rebuilt and serviced
- Added new overboard discharge pump
- Boat has updated faucets through
- All pilot house windows resealed by Atlantic window
- Replaced all Solenoids on washer/wiper system for windshield wipers
- Replaced all wiper blades
- Replaced all risers and exhaust system with newly manufactured risers
- Replaced all engine mounts with new engine mounts prior to alignment
- Replaces engine room vent screens port and starboard. Had them custom built
- Services the Davit and had all hydraulic fitting renewed, had the cable replaced, motor services and replace all pulleys and valves
- Both top ends of engines rebuilt with new cylinder kits port and starboard . All injectors tested and replaced if needed
- All fuel tanks inspected and cleaned
- Heat exchanger elbows removed and customized to fit larger zincs
- Alternators replaced
- All maintenance free batteries
- Generator serviced and replaced water pump replaced .
- All mechanical services done annually or when needed
- All bilge and sump pumps inspected and replaced where necessary
- KVF satellite tv system update and renewed in 2024. Fully serviced and domes replaced
- Replaced 50 amp power cord and added a brand new cable master cable retrieval system
- All custom bed coverings and headboard made from Schumacher fabrics
- All dishes cutlery pots and pans included with purchase
- Added brand new ice maker in pilot house
- Serviced added new membranes to 700gpd water maker
- Replaced all vinyl sea coverings and combing in cockpit
